Importantly, this privacy notice explains the choices you can make at any time about how your information may be used.
This notice applies only to Wireless Creations’ equipment consisting of mobile telephone devices we sell, and you purchase or that you consider purchasing (“Products” and “Devices”). We may provide links to websites or portals and other third-party content or services that we do not own or operate. The websites, portals and third-party content we link to, or we allow to link to us, may have separate privacy notices or policies. We have no control over privacy practices of websites or services that we do not own. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party websites or applications for details about these other third parties’ privacy practices.

Protecting our customers' privacy is an important priority at Wireless Creations and we are committed to maintaining strong and meaningful privacy protections. The privacy of your information is a significant responsibility, and we value the trust you place in us.
Our privacy policy is designed to inform you about the information we collect, how we use it, and your options regarding certain uses of this information. This policy also describes privacy rights you have under certain federal laws.
This privacy policy applies to website visitors, portal users, applicants and Wireless Creations customers in the United States.
To better serve you, we collect personal information about you and the Product you wish to purchase from Wireless Creations. This can include: 1) Account Information. You provide and we collect information about yourself, such as contact and billing information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and email address; and 2) Product Information. You provide and we collect information about the Product you desire to purchase for use on the T-Mobile network, such as the type of device you wish to purchase, device ID (“IMEI”), SIM information and phone number.
Account Information and Product Information are considered Personal Information about you. We rely on the Personal Information we collect from you to support business functions and improve your experience such as when we share Account Information (which identifies you personally) with Square for a seamless purchasing experience to provide you with various purchasing methods of Products you select to purchase and in some cases finance through Square and its affiliates or third parties. We share Account Information and Product Information (which identifies you personally) with Assurance Wireless to assist it with providing you with its wireless services. When we share this information with third parties, your information will be covered by their privacy notices as indicated at the beginning of our privacy notice. In fact, some of the Personal Information you enter and share with Wireless Creations is provided by information you shared with and we receive from Assurance Wireless and/or Square and either they or us may use Personal Information you provide or we provide through the use technologies called cookies, beacons, or pixels, as well as other tools (collectively known as “technologies”) that communicate information from your Device to a server, including those owned by third parties. These technologies can be embedded in online content of other third parties. Once any of your Personal Information is provided to us from either directly from you or from a third party with whom you have shared it, your Personal Information will be secured within our technologies and closed portals. The technologies will allow for our servers to transport Personal Information securely to Assurance Wireless’s and/or Square’s servers to use certain types of Personal Information to process or complete transactions for a better experience for you. Among other purposes, these technologies help us to do the following: 1) remember your information so you will not have to reenter it; 2) seamlessly process your order and obtain payment; 3) assist in shipping and delivery; and 4) ensure you are able to obtain the wireless services or other services or products from the third parties with whom you have contracted (e.g., Assurance Wireless).
We may use Personal Information we collect to contact you and to communicate with you about our Products, or for billing, collection, shipping, refunds, exchanges, returns and protection of Wireless Creations’ property and legal rights, including without limitation violations of our terms and conditions or illegal activities.
We do not use Personal Information to design or deliver advertising, marketing and promotional campaigns to you and others – and measuring their effectiveness.
We will share your Personal Information with non-Wireless Creations entities where authorized or required by law. This can happen when we: 1) Comply with court orders, subpoenas, and lawful discovery requests, and as otherwise authorized or required by law; 2) Detect and prevent fraud; and 3) Provide or obtain information related to payment for your Product or for shipping, refunds, exchanges or returns.
We keep your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless a longer period is required or allowed by law for business, tax or legal purposes. We set our retention periods based on things like what type of personal information it is, how long the information is needed to operate the business or provide our Products and related services, and whether the information is subject to contractual or legal obligations. These obligations might be ongoing litigation, mandatory data retention laws or government orders to preserve data for an investigation. After that, we destroy Personal Information by making it unreadable or indecipherable. Generally, we destroy and purge Personal Information six (6) months after it is created.
We work diligently to safeguard your Personal Information using technology controls and organizational controls. We protect our computer storage and network equipment. We limit access to Personal Information to the people who need access for their jobs. And we require callers and online users to authenticate themselves before we provide account information. Our cybersecurity programs are designed to maintain secure systems and identify and assess cybersecurity threats.
No security measures are perfect. We do not guarantee that your Personal Information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this notice. If a breach occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age without parental notice. We get parental consent where appropriate. We also will not knowingly contact a child under 13 without parental consent. However, if we are not aware that a child is using a service or device purchased by an adult, we may collect the information and treat it as the adult’s information. If we learn that we have collected personal information online from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will either seek parental consent or promptly delete that information. If you believe that a child under age 13 may have provided us with Personal Information without parental consent, please contact us immediately as specified in the Contact Us section of this privacy notice.
If you have come to the Wireless Creations website, portals and apps through a method other than a hyperlink from an Assurance Wireless webpage, then when you use Wireless Creations’ websites, portals and apps, information may be collected about your device and your visit including browsing, searching and buying activity as you interact with our website and apps; IP address; mobile telephone, device numbers and identifiers; account information; web addresses of the sites you come from and go to next; and information about your connection, including your device's browser, operating system, platform type and Internet connection speed. We use this information for operational, performance measurement and other business purposes; and to help us deliver more relevant Wireless Creations marketing messages on our websites, on non-Wireless Creations websites, by our representatives, via mail and email, or via other Wireless Creations services or devices. This information is also used to tailor the content you see, manage the frequency with which you see an advertisement, tailor advertisements to better match your interests and understand the effectiveness of our advertising. We also may use this information to assess the effectiveness of our sites and to help you should you request help with navigation problems on our sites.
Wireless Creations may share customer information within our family of companies for a variety of purposes, including, for example, providing you with the latest information about our Products. You can limit the sharing of certain types of customer information, specifically, Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), within the Wireless Creations family of companies for marketing services to you different from your current services. CPNI is information that relates to the type, quantity, destination, technical configuration, location, amount of use and related billing information of your telecommunications services. Federal law governs our use and sharing of CPNI. We do not view or see all CPNI. For example, we do not view or obtain any credit information, your credit score, information found in your consumer reports, and your account history. We do see and use your Account Information and Product Information, however, as noted above. Except as noted above, Wireless Creations does not sell, license or share information that individually identifies our customers, people using our networks, or website visitors with others outside the Wireless Creations family of companies that are not performing work on Wireless Creations' behalf without the consent of the person whose information will be shared.
We reserve the right to update our privacy notice. If Wireless Creations elects to use or disclose information that identifies you as an individual in a manner that is materially different from that stated in our privacy policy at the time we collected that information from you, we will give you a choice regarding such use or disclosure by appropriate means, which may include use of an opt out mechanism.
